Pilates and movement classes with Suz

Movement is at the heart of what we do. We teach you to change old patterns and create more freedom in your body. We empower you to become your own expert. 

1. Assessment 

Before you book a therapy or join any of our movement classes you must book an assessment. This helps us identify the source of your issue and create a tailored programme, as well as give you a better understanding of how we work.

  • If you are in pain or have major limitations in your movement, please book a Therapy Assessment.
  • If you are interested in our classes, please book an initial 30-minute Movement Assessment.

2. Personal programme 

After your assessment we will recommend a programme that includes a mix of movement classes and/ or therapy sessions (Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Massage or Coaching). Our movement classes are grouped into two categories: Assess Improve Move (AIM) and Movement Conditioning. Your programme will evolve over time as you achieve your goals and set new ones.

3. Individual attention 

Skillful guidance is integral to everything we do, so we only recommend a class when we know you’re ready. If you are new to SF Studios or need more intensive rehabilitation, we will work with you in one-to-one sessions. Once you feel more comfortable and confident, you have the option to move into a Therapy Class (max. 4 people) and then a larger Movement Class (max. 10 people).

4. Steady success 

Change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, dedication and discipline. We promise to provide clear guidance and exceptional expertise at all times but real results can only be achieved with your commitment. Our clients come to learn, practice and gently push the barriers of what they thought possible. 

5. Emotional wellbeing 

While movement is our focus, fostering positive attitudes and self-belief is crucial to our work. The two go hand in hand. In this way we help people overcome chronic stress, low mood, tiredness and a general lack of confidence. By making small changes in your physical health you will start to notice bigger changes in other areas of your life.
