BOX-FIT WITH DANIEL
Tuesdays from 7pm and WEDNESDAYS FROM 10:45aM
A non contact friendly class using a variety of drills that simplify the mechanics of how to move like a boxer. These classes are designed to encourage Increased confidence, increased balance and core stability, better stress management, increased cardiovascular fitness and joint mobility. All abilities are welcome! If you've never tried it before I would seriously suggest doing so, it's a lot of fun!!
