What is the Holistic Core Restore® Programme?

Our UNIQUE AND GROUND-BREAKING 6 Week ‘Every Woman’ programme with Karin truly is a gift that keeps giving and one that EVERY WOMAN should give herself at least once in her lifetime!  Enjoy 6 weeks of exercise and education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core, Nutrition and women’s fitness/wellness at whatever life phase you’re in.  The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus. 

The Holistic Core Restore® system is about education, re-connection and movement. Pelvic floor muscles can become weak through pregnancy and childbirth, the menopause, regular pounding exercise such as running, or simply through poor diet and an unhealthy lifestyle. These weakened muscles are then simply not able to do their job properly. This can lead to problems such as pelvic pain, incontinence, gut problems and without proper treatment and exercise, this can develop into pelvic organ prolapse.

Holistic Core and Restore Course Exercises with Equipment

How does it work?

Once you have signed up you will receive a pre screening form to complete, this is to address any possible issues or concerns you might have which I should be aware of. We will then meet for an individual assessment of your posture, breathing, tummy gap or any other possible issues in order for the programme to be truly tailored to your needs. 

You will be all set to attend your first session where you'll receive your complementary nutrition booklet and fitness kit. We'll meet once a week for 6 weeks for a fun and educational group exercise class. Each week, you will be given an 10 minute easy to follow home exercise video for you to practise at home 3-4 times per week.  Every week we will finish with an mindfulness practise to also nourish our minds. 

I want you to feel fully supported throughout the programme and I will check in with you weekly to see how you are getting on (I know myself how the motivation sometimes mysteriously disappears and you might need that extra push ;) You will also have access to the Holistic core and restore online portal and Facebook group for extra support.
