Suz’s Monday morning exercise videos

Exercises include:

  • Hollow Body (stance)

  • Good-Mornings (Bilateral)

  • Scapulae Isolations

Learn the technique and then start to make it your own. The day you Feel - the day the movement belongs to you.

I usually do 5 reps of each, some days it needs more, other days less. I always do my weaker, stiffer, more vulnerable side twice.

  • Breathe

  • Once you've got it, Let go

  • No strain in mid-back

Isolate and drive the movements from the hips and shoulders.
