This class will incorporate traditional aspects of the Yoga practice such as breathing techniques and directed focus to a non dogmatic approach to movement. A mindful method that aims to tailor the practice to each student individual needs and abilities, taking in to account injury prevention and rehabilitation process. "we don't use the body to get in to a pose, we use the pose to get in to our bodies".
This approach makes this class an open level. You will be encouraged to move at your own rhythm and pace while pursuing specific goals in a calm and relaxed space.
