Ginny Bradley is joining forces with SF Studios - a fantastic solution for both mums and children. Our class routines do not have to be disrupted anymore and our children get the stimulation they need.
We are absolutely thrilled to be teaming up with Ginny Bradley to present holiday workshops for mums and kids. 3-10-year-olds can enjoy Ginny’s fabulous workshops presented through stories, games, art movement while the mums get creative with their own movement, nurturing and strengthening from the inside out in true SF studio style! There will be two classes a week, you can book individual classes or a block.

STRENGTH AND STRETCH
MUMS - When to “push” and when to “yield” - Shoulders, Hips and Core. To strengthen we need to push/perform under load/pressure. To stretch we need to yield under load/pressure - there is a big difference and most people do not implement this effectively, thus not retraining efficiently.

KIDS - Recognizing and identifying emotions. Expressing emotions in a positive way. Developing Empathy.
ADDRESSING TENSION IN NECK/SHOULDERS AND CHEST
MUMS - We all carry tension in our bodies. This workshop will help you gain insight and awareness of where you hold your tension and how to alleviate and conquer it. You will feel completely different when you leave the class - both in breath and body.

STRENGTHENING AND STRETCHING - WITH THE HELP OF OTHERS
MUMS - This is a very fun workshop and you learn to work with another person to help you train harder, stretch deeper and yield better. We use one another’s body weight and eyes to help us work more efficiently. Let’s see what you and your child can do together at the end of play…

KIDS - Appreciating different cultures and artists. Our Gallery will be a combination of pictures giving each child's vision, a voice.
CARDIO-VASCULAR EXERCISE AND CORE STRENGTHENING IN A DIFFERENT WA
MUMS - Sweating and pushing yourself through a good work-out can be heaps of fun and much more creative. You will do your work-out in the form of ‘dance’ e.g. hip-hop, ballet, gymnastics. You do not need any experience. (this is the workshop that most people dread and this is the workshop that most of the people love the most).

EXPLORING WORLD CULTURES | 6-10 years
KIDS - Adapting to new situations. Discovering and enjoying, different cultures, their customs, and their rituals.
MUMS - Let’s explore Pilates, Yoga, Gymnastic-based training, dance formats etc. Let’s see how they fuse and how they all benefit your joints, muscles and spirits in different ways. We all have so many pre- perceived ideas about things - What are they really based on? Sometimes these things stand in our way and bias our decisions. So many time their only purpose is an excuse to keep us away from training.

MAKING SOMETHING OUT OF NOTHING! | 3-6 years
KIDS - Finding your very best creative self. Digging deep, to discover hidden treasures within. We will use each child’s Creative Idea and develop it, through Movement, Dance, Artwork and group improvisation.
MUMS - This is one of Suz’s favourite workshops - she is only able to deliver this class based on 24 years of teaching experience. You can bring any request and or problem to the workshop and she will address it and help you implement solutions. If you have no specific request, Suz will deliver a class based on what she sees in front of her. Perform in the ‘here’ and ‘now’.

KIDS - Saying yes and saying No! When to let go and when to stand firm!
WHAT IS YOUR WEAKEST LINK? STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, COORDINATION OR BALANCE
MUMS - Let us find it and do something about it. Guess what? The things we hate in life are usually the things we are ‘rubbish’ at; the things we had a bad experience(s) with. That ‘experience’ usually lead to embarrassment and on that day, you have decided that you ‘hate it’. “I have never been able to” … “I have never been good at…” Break false beliefs.

KIDS - Making up a story together. Each individual will contribute an idea, which we will weave into our own unique story. We will perform this story through Drama, Dance and self-expression
