We have found the perfect location for a wonderful afternoon playing with balancing on your head and arms. In this 2 hour workshop we will practice various drills which will help you achieve a smooth and controlled headstand, chin stand and forearm balance. A workout, a meditative practice and a chance to feel like a child again, this session is designed to be all of these things. Come and discover your untapped strength and ability and learn some neat exercises you can do at home to help you achieve what you never thought was possible.
